Chanced upon Jaalmag during a google search and must admit it was hilarious...ur website's irreverent sense of humour is refreshing...Must say I am pretty much trapped in the jaal trap..
That apart, I was wondering whether a person like me, a freelance journalist of the suspicious kind, can write for ur site..It would be wonderful if there are also suckers out there who actually are ready to pay me for my writing...Do write back, a nice and sweet mail...or else..

I consider myself a classy modern female, with not even an iota of a hidebound nerve in my mind. I thought Indian society was not for me so I moved to USA, In search of a modern society to live in. I am one of the women who are totally against arranged marriage and believe in dating than marrying.
After living here a few years and studying the society here, I think it all boils down to finding a good catch. A husband with lots of mula, sexy body & good skills in bed. So while in India women are trying hard to break the cliché of arranged marriage and revolutionize the society to accept the dating game, my thoughts would be to find a good catch (arranged or love) and settle down at the right time.
And if the parents have better resources of doing so, then why not? Just be sure to sleep with him a couple of times before marriage, so that there are no weird surprises waiting for you on your "Suhaag Raat". And believe me if you do get turned off by your man in bed.. Honey, then you might as well run on your D-day and it will be, every bit worth it. So yes Arranged marriage is still relevant, it's a name given to conscientious efforts by parents to help their confused kids, to find eternal bliss!!!
